Return & Refund Policy

Forked Roots is a digital SaaS product operated by ABN Global Ventures Private Limited. This policy explains our position on returns and refunds for subscription charges.

1. No refunds on subscription charges

• Monthly and yearly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
• If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period; we do not issue pro-rated refunds for the unused portion.
• Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. No refund is due for the difference in the current cycle.
• Add-ons, one-time setup fees, and any custom services are non-refundable once delivered or provisioned.

2. Only exception — accidental duplicate charges

If the same account is charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a payment-gateway or technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge to the original payment method.

• Verified duplicate charges are refunded within 7–10 business days after verification.
• You must report the duplicate charge within 7 days of the transaction.
• To raise a request, email info@abnglobalventures.com from your registered account and include both transaction references, the outlet name, and the date of the charges.

3. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may result in suspension of the associated outlet accounts until the matter is resolved.

4. Free trials & promotional pricing

Introductory / promotional pricing (e.g., discounted monthly or yearly plans) is offered at our discretion and does not create any entitlement to refunds or discounts on future renewals.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to info@abnglobalventures.com from your registered email. The cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid period is not refunded.
