About Forked Roots

Forked Roots is a restaurant booking and digital menu platform built for independent restaurants, cafés, bars and multi-outlet groups in India. Guests scan a QR code or open a single link to browse the menu, book a table, buy event tickets and get WhatsApp confirmations — no app install required.

What we do

• Direct table bookings — session-aware slots, walk-in and host check-in flows, WhatsApp confirmations.
• Digital QR menu — item-wise or PDF menus, photos, diet markers and a branded QR code.
• Guest CRM — booking history, post-visit feedback, offers and event ticketing per outlet.
• Zero commission — we never take a cut of your covers. You pay a flat subscription only.

Pricing and payment

• ₹999 per outlet per month or ₹8,999 per outlet per year. GST is charged extra at applicable rates.
• No setup fee and no commission on bookings.
• Payments are collected online through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets).
• Subscriptions are billed per outlet; a group can run several outlets on one account.
• GST invoices are issued to the legal entity registered against each outlet.
