No. Forked Roots is a flat subscription. We never take a cut of your covers or your F&B revenue.

Most outlets go live within a week. We import your menu, brand colours and logo, set up your booking rules, and generate the QR codes for tables, walk-ins and host links.

Yes. WhatsApp us and we'll share group pricing. Each outlet gets its own dashboard, staff PINs and QR codes; owners get a consolidated view.

When a guest books, we send an instant WhatsApp confirmation on your outlet's behalf. Reminders go out closer to the booking time. This has been shown to significantly cut no-shows.

For ticketed events, you can pre-load a per-booking cover amount that guests can redeem against menu items. Staff redeem or top up using their 6-digit PIN, and every action is logged with the staff name.

Yes. Cancel by emailing info@abnglobalventures.com from your registered email. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid cycle.

No. All subscription charges are non-refundable. The only exception is a duplicate charge for the same billing cycle, which is refunded within 7–10 business days after verification. See our Refund Policy for details.

You do. Guest bookings, menu content and event data belong to your outlet. We process it only to operate the service.
